Wielton Group's diverse solutions at Transport 2025 in Denmark


The Wielton Group, which is one of Europe's three largest manufacturers of trailers, semi-trailers and truck bodies will for the first time present a range of modern vehicles and solutions at the Danish trade fair Transport 2025 in Herning. Visitors to Hall M and stand 9718 from 3-5 April will be able to see Wielton's curtain, container chassis and tipper semi-trailers, as well as Aberg Service and ReTrailer solutions.

The Transport 2025 trade fair in Denmark is one of the key events dedicated to transport in Scandinavia. Dedicated to everyone involved in the transport industry, the event is an opportunity to present modern vehicles, equipment, services or solutions and to discuss current challenges, trends and the future of the TSL industry. The offer from Wielton Scandinavia A/S, Aberg Service and ReTrailer will be available in Hall M at stand 9718.

- When Wielton Scandinavia A/S joined the Wielton Group in 2024, we knew perfectly well that we could not be absent from the key event dedicated to the Scandinavian transport industry. This market has very high potential, but requires a specialised approach and dedicated solutions. WIELTON  - EXPERT ON THE ROAD 
The extensive Wielton brand portfolio includes high-quality vehicles with numerous configuration options and a wide range of optional equipment. What sets the brand apart from the competition is its openness to creating dedicated, personalised solutions tailored to the individual customer needs. The manufacturer pays particular attention to functionality, durability, safety of use and reducing the negative impact of transport on the environment. In addition, the manufacturer's vehicles are covered by a 10-year frame perforation warranty.

One of the Wielton products on display at the Danish event is the universal Strong Curtain Master semi-trailer, which is suitable for transporting goods in loose, on pallets or in gitterboxes. The use of a reinforced Strong-type structure, improved tarpaulin construction and modern roof crown elements seal the cargo space, protecting the goods from humidity, which guarantees the high durability and strength of the vehicle. The semi-trailer uses a high-grade new construction of the frame neck, adapted to Scandinavian 3-axle tractor units. The king pin fifth wheel pressure has been increased from 15 to 18 tonnes. The Strong Curtain Master model on display has an increased axle distance of 2x1410 mm translating into an increase in the permissible axle assembly load of up to 27 tonnes. The vehicle is equipped with three rows of 80x80 mm pole slots, as well as ferry holders to secure it during the ship crossing.

Another of the Wielton products on display in Hall M at stand 9718 is the non-sliding, three axle container chassis Container Master SL 40’ (NP3S40S0GOSL). The vehicle is dedicated for the transport of 40’ ISO, 40’HC, 2x20’, 1x20’ middle and 1x20’ rear containers. Total permissible weight  is  45 tonnes, with an curb chassis weight of 4,900 kg The semi-trailer uses a gooseneck frame made of high-quality, lightweight and strong steel with a kingpin load of 18 tonnes. The semi-trailer uses an EU ISO 1726 neckprofile for 2- and 3-axle trucks and an axle distance of 2x1410 mm resulting in an increased permissible axle assembly load of up to 27 tonnes. The fifth wheel height is 1,090 mm.

The Wielton tipper family will be represented by the Weight Master construction tipper semi-trailer in 3- and 4-axle versions. The tipper trailers presented, dedicated to the Scandinavian market, are characterised by increased strength and a capacity of 38 m3. The aluminium load body is the ideal solution for transporting bulk materials (e.g. sand, gravel, grit) or chemically aggressive materials (e.g. road salt or cement) over short and long distances. Total permissible weight of 3-axle tipper semi-trailer is  45 tonnes, while the 4-axle is 48 tonnes. Frame is made of high-strength S700MC steel to achieve the highest possible strength and stability. Box floor made of 7mm aluminium ENDUR-AL plates with improved durability is designed to provide maximum abrasion resistance. Depending on customer preference, two versions (standard or HD) of QuickSilver liner are available for sticky or freezing bulk materials.

Another Wielton Group company that will be presenting its solutions at the April trade fair in Denmark is Aberg Service, which runs the entire service operations for Wielton Group Customers. Its portfolio includes technical support, spare parts, service network, mobile service, competence development, warranty, 24/7 breakdown assistance, service contracts, and retail operations. Being an Aftersales organization, it provides solutions for all brands in the Group and utilizes synergies of the multi-brand organization within the service area. It has more than 400 services point in 29 countries.

RETRAILER – MILLIONS OF GREEN KILOMETRES THANKS TO TRAILER REFURBISHMENTS
ReTrailer is involved in the full refurbishment of semi-trailers of all manufacturers, as well as the recycling and upcycling of semi-trailers and their components. The company's activities make it possible to restore semi-trailers to their full functionality and aesthetics and, above all, extend their life cycle by up to another six years.  The company offers a wide portfolio of fully operational used semi-trailers and refurbished semi-trailers, as well as refurbishment services for customers' vehicles.
