Wielton, which is ranked among the TOP 3 manufacturers of semi-trailers and truck bodies in Europe, will present as many as eight cutting-edge products at the NUFAM Specialized Trade Fair for Commercial Vehicles in Karlsruhe. Visitors to the exhibition hall from 21 to 24 September will be able to see the new products on offer from by the Polish manufacturer, including the Scrap Master tipper, the Recycle Master Slider hook trailer and the Curtain Swap Master swap body, as well as the spectrum of vehicle configuration options. There will also be solutions and products from the Aberg brand.

Year after year, there is an intensive development of intermodal transportation, which has a real impact on reducing the carbon footprint generated by the TSL industry. Wielton has an extensive range of vehicles designed precisely for this type of transportation. In Karlsruhe, at indoor booth No. A111 in Hall 1, it will present its new product, the BDF Curtain Swap Master. The swap body (BDF) with a dedicated chassis, provides a complete, certified solution for road and railway transport which is suitable for a variety of operations. The vehicle is 7,820 mm long, translating into 56 m3 of volume and a payload capacity of up to 19 pallets, with an unladen weight of 2.8 tons. The swap body, equipped with special support legs, is easy to handle and quick to reload. The body can be transported by various vehicles, which significantly reduces the need for vehicle downtime, which translates into reduced transport costs. The Curtain Master MEGA with Intermodal system, presented at NUFAM, will be perfect for intermodal transport of large-sized goods, such as those from the automotive industry and cargo requiring tightness of a large loading capacity, such as beverages, tires and household appliances. This semi-trailer can transport goods up to 3m high, and the total volume of the vehicle is about 100m3. It has the appropriate reinforcements in the chassis to enable vertical handling, i.e. detachable suspension, 4 "grab handles" arranged in accordance with the UIC 596-5 standard, as well as a reinforced connection board, which is protected by additional rubber bumpers. The vehicle can also be used for ferry transportation. In addition, the semi-trailer has also been equipped with the ELDECK roof defrosting system and a new cargo locking solution, the Aberg Fix. Wielton will also present Curtain Master semi-trailers in standard version, which are well known to customers. These are universal vehicles, capable of transporting various types of cargo in bulk or on pallets. They are characterized by durability, tightness and functionality of use. The modern construction of the frame and body ensures high durability of the semi-trailers, confirmed by numerous tests conducted at Wielton's Research and Development Department. Wielton-branded curtainsider trailers will be on display at the company's outdoor and indoor booths.Presented at indoor booth No. A111 in Hall 1, the new hook trailer Recycle Master M3 Slider for transporting various types of waste is designed to transport roll containers in accordance with DIN 30722. The trailer is equipped with a reinforced beam, cylinder and heavy duty axles. The vehicle's curved frame is made of high-strength S700 steel. The product is characterized by the lowest container height from the ground on the market, guaranteeing driving stability and greater safety, and equipping the vehicle with an extendable trolley on the frame makes it easy to load containers, even with damaged rollers. Wielton will also show the Recycle Master M2 trailer at its outdoor booth, which is used in municipal waste transportation. The product features a strong, rigid, yet lightweight design. Depending on its configuration, the trailer can weigh as little as 3,700 kg and transport 14.3 tons of cargo.

Wielton will also present 3 tippers at its indoor and outdoor booth: the new Scrap Master model, as well as the Weight Master and Bulk Master models, which are well known to customers. The Scrap Master tipper is designed to transport scrap metal, that is, to work in the most difficult conditions. The excellent rigidity of the box, confirmed by FEA calculations, is also ensured by the new revised shape of the top flange made of HARDOX 500TUF. The volume of the cargo box, up to as much as 62 m3, and the length of the inner floor, at 12.1m, make it possible to transport scrap metal of various dimensions and shapes. The Weight Master aluminium tipper is used for transporting construction materials, asphalt, as well as pallet loads, big-bags and agricultural crops. The vehicle is characterized by a low unladen weight starting at 4,700 kg, as well as high strength and reliability during transport. The capacity of the cargo box ranges from 23m3 to 64m3. Depending on the conditions in which the semi-trailer is used, there are two versions of the frame to choose from - one in standard design (Super Light) and the other reinforced (SL HD). The Bulk Master aluminium tipper is a semi-trailer with increased capacity, designed for the agricultural sector. It has a cargo box with a volume of 67m3, made of ENDUR-AL. HB110 and a durable frame made of high-grade S700 steel. A distinctive feature of this vehicle is the reduced overall height and lower loading threshold of the upper flange and floor.
Aberg brand solutions
In addition to vehicles, the NUFAM show will feature products with the Aberg logo, i.e. high-quality components and spare parts for Wielton Group semi-trailers. Aberg Service, with its extensive service network, is present wherever the Group's customers need it. Thanks to modern solutions, it deals with preventive maintenance of vehicles, and when this is not possible, it manages the repair process so that customers can continue driving in the shortest possible time. In addition, solutions from Aberg Connect, the company responsible for its own telematics and TPMS solutions dedicated to products from all Wielton Group brands, will also be presented in Wielton products. The company offers systems designed to monitor the condition of vehicles in real time. The technology enhances the safety of drivers and cargo, making it easier to operate and maintain the proper condition of vehicles.
