Wielton Group will once again present its comprehensive portfolio of transport solutions at IAA Transportation 2026, one of the most important international events for the commercial vehicle and logistics industry. For the first time, Wielton will present its new-generation Curtain Master M6 curtainsider semi-trailer to a wider audience. Designed to improve transport efficiency, durability and everyday ease of use, the vehicle reflects Wielton’s focus on practical innovation and operational performance. Thanks to an optimised frame and body structure, the vehicle’s unladen weight has been reduced to 5,640 kg in the basic version, helping increase payload and lower operating costs. The semi-trailer features a reinforced front wall, redesigned rear doors, a bonded plywood floor with a tested load capacity of 7,600 kg, as well as active Safety-Lock holes along the full length of the side rave. The standard equipment includes the first lift axle, aluminium stanchion boards and door-opening signalling as part of Telematics 2.0 from Aberg Connect.
At the same stand, Langendorf will premiere the SATÜ-Z 30 RM Smart low loader, part of the revised smart-line series. The vehicle benefits from a modular design aligned with Langendorf’s custom-built pro-line range, enabling more efficient production across the Wieluń and Waltrop plants. A key highlight is Langendorf’s hydraulic positive steering system, now also available for the smart-line range, ensuring precise axle tracking through curves. With a length of 9.7 metres, a gross trailer weight of 48 tonnes and a tare weight of just 11.7 tonnes, the SATÜ-Z 30 RM Smart offers a payload of up to 36.3 tonnes. The vehicle also features extensive load securing equipment and a hydraulically widening rear loading ramp with radio remote control.
As another highlight, Langendorf GmbH is presenting the new, particularly lightweight version of its SATÜ 30 low loader semi-trailer. Thanks to a consistently lightweight design, the tare weight has been reduced to just 7,250 kg. Compared to its predecessor, this results in a further increase in payload capacity. Designed for a permissible gross trailer weight of 45 tonnes, the low loader features an 8,200 mm loading deck, including a loading ramp section, and offers a payload of approximately 30.45 tonnes. Practical equipment features include drive-over wheel recesses, an excavator arm recess, and hydraulically operated loading ramps. With the new SATÜ 30, Langendorf continues to pursue its lightweight construction strategy and provides transport companies with even greater efficiency in daily operations.
Alongside the curtainsider and low-loader semi-trailers, visitors will also be able to see the three-axle Langendorf SKS-HS ISOXX 24 tipper semi-trailer, which was designed for demanding road construction applications With a body length of 7,500 mm and a tare weight of just 6,400 kg, it combines low weight with high performance in bulk material transport. Its thermally insulated steel half-pipe body with a reinforced rear section supports improved asphalt paving quality, while the rear tipping system without a chute ensures efficient unloading on construction sites.
At the stand E02, visitors will also be able to discover the offering of Fruehauf, the French brand of the Wielton Group, including vehicles with a steering axle designed for modern distribution and logistics operations. The CITY, URBAN and DISTRICT ranges combine high payload capacity, excellent manoeuvrability and proven durability, offering an efficient alternative to traditional 4x2 and 6x2 rigid trucks. With capacity for 21 to 33 pallets and a robust construction developed in line with Fruehauf’s “Build to Last” philosophy, these vehicles are well suited to intensive urban and regional transport. Available across the MAXISPEED (curtainsider), EXPRESSLINER (van) and MULTILOADER (platform) ranges, these steering axle vehicles offer exceptional flexibility to meet a wide variety of transport and operational requirements.

Wielton’s EVO Dry Box, presented in the outdoor exhibition area M67, is a modern, lightweight and standardised three-axle semi-trailer designed for intensive fleet operations. With a kerb weight of 6,100 kg, capacity for 33 Euro pallets and an internal height of 2,725 mm, it supports higher transport efficiency, lower fuel consumption and reduced CO₂ emissions. The vehicle features innovative walls developed by Wielton’s engineers using the specially designed comPET3 technology. The walls are made from a material whose core is produced from recovered PET bottles. As a result, the walls of a single EVO Dry Box incorporate 3,265 recycled PET bottles. This solution reduces weight while ensuring high durability, resistance to deformation and ease of repair. The EVO Dry Box is equipped with durable axles broduced by BPW, Aspöck lighting, ferry lashing points, Aberg Connect telematics and access to Wielton’s EVO digital ecosystem. It was designed for carriers seeking reliable, easy-to-configure and cost-efficient vehicles for everyday transport operations.
The new version of Wielton’s Weight Master, presented at the same stand, is a tipper semi-trailer with an aluminium load box offering a capacity of 23 to 64 m³ and a tare weight starting from 4,560 kg. Its design is based on a straight frame made of S700MC steel, reinforced with a fifth-wheel plate and suspension components manufactured using hydroforming technology. The increased spacing between the main frame beams, a wheel track of 2,140 mm and wider spacing of the suspension air bags improve the vehicle’s lateral stability, as confirmed by an 8° result in the side tilt test carried out in accordance with IRTE guidelines. The tipper semi-trailer is also equipped with an ENDUR-AL HB110 aluminium alloy floor resistant to abrasion, new side wall profiles, an optimised tarpaulin system,

The Langendorf Flexliner SDT-24 Double-Deck Inloader, presented in the outdoor exhibition area K41, is designed for efficient dry freight transport. With a fixed intermediate deck and MBB 4000V external vertical lift, it offers high loading capacity and easy handling. Compared to standard box semi-trailers, the Flexliner can carry up to 55 Euro pallets or 87 roll containers, enabling two Flexliners to replace three conventional semi-trailers. This helps reduce fleet operating costs by over 20%, lower operating costs by 30%, increase loading volume by 66% and cut CO₂ emissions by 57%, making it a highly efficient and sustainable solution for retail and hub-to-hub logistics.
Cargo Master Multi is a multifunctional vehicle combining the features of a curtain-sided semi-trailer, a container chassis and a platform semi-trailer. Thanks to its sliding body, container locks and “Flip-up” mechanism, it enables the transport of various types of cargo, including 2x20’, 1x40’ or centrally positioned 1x20’ containers, as well as High Cube containers on a MEGA chassis. When the body is folded, it offers a 12.27 m-long platform, increasing transport flexibility while reducing costs and empty runs. Its multifunctional design helps reduce the number of vehicles required, empty mileage, operating costs, fuel consumption and emissions. Visitors will be able to see the Cargo Master Multi at the joint outdoor stand of Wielton and Libner.
